• Photos: If you attach photos to your questions, these are used solely to generate your opinion and are not stored permanently.

• AI processing: Your question data is passed to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your opinion. This is anonymised where possible.
• Apple: Purchase transactions are processed by Apple's In-App Purchase system under Apple's privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your question data for up to 90 days to allow for follow-up questions and support. After this period, your data is deleted. Purchase transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law.
