PrOpinion is an AI-powered consumer opinion application operated by Metal Jelly Studio Ltd. Our service provides AI-generated opinions on everyday consumer questions across four categories at launch — Motor, Home, Money, and Work — with more categories coming soon.
PrOpinion provides opinions, not professional advice. An opinion is a considered view based on the information you provide. It is subjective, informative, and designed to help you think through your situation — not to replace the judgement of a qualified professional.

An opinion is not a statement of fact, and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You must be at least 17 years old to use PrOpinion. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. PrOpinion is intended for use in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Use from other jurisdictions is at your own risk.
PrOpinion offers the following paid options:
All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Consumable purchases (PAYG and Follow-up) are non-refundable once the opinion has been generated.
If you have previously purchased a subscription or in-app purchase, you can restore it using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app. This is useful if you change devices or reinstall the app.

All content, branding, and technology within PrOpinion — including the app, website, logo, and AI-generated opinions — is the intellectual property of Metal Jelly Studio Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Opinions generated for you are for your personal use only. You may share them using the in-app share feature but may not republish or sell them.
PrOpinion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
PrOpinion opinions are based solely on the information you provide and the capabilities of our AI system at the time of generation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metal Jelly Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on our opinions.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
Your use of PrOpinion is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PrOpinion at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
